Same day company incorporations and name changes are back

Companies House has reactivated some of its same day services – following a COVID-related suspension of over a year.  You can now request a same day incorporation or company name change, provided the request is submitted before 11am on a weekday.

You can do both using Kudocs, and for NO ADDITIONAL COST!  All Companies House filing fees – including for these premium services – are part of the standard subscription of any Kudocs package.
