Features from: 8 August 2024 – add custom copy to resolution emails, change single PSC/RLE reason, add historic officer and PSC roles and more

Add custom copy to resolution emails – you can now add your own wording to the covering email sent from Kudocs.  We are rolling this out across the system and currently have this feature for: custom shareholder resolutions, custom director resolutions, custom member resolutions (LBG), change registered address, confirmation statement approval and re-issue share certificate.  We’ll be adding it in more places soon.

Improvements to changes in single PSC/RLE reasons – we’ve upgraded how the system handles replacing a single PSC/RLE reason.  Before it was difficult to remove and replace a single reason, but now it is easy!  We’ve also upgraded how the system handles mutually exclusive PSC/ RLE reasons.  For more info, see Why can’t I add certain reasons to an existing PSC/RLE?

Add details of pre-Kudocs historic officer and PSC roles – we’ve improved how you add details of historic (pre-Kudocs) roles to a stakeholder.  It improve where historic information is not provided by Companies House or by a user recording the change in Kudocs.  For example if a stakeholder was a director from 1988 – 1990, 1995-2000 and again from 2005-2006 (ie all before Kudocs and before CH kept records of historic roles that they share with us).  This doesn’t change information we get from Companies House, or if (eg) an officer resigns while using Kudocs.

Lots of changes under the hood that you should not notice, if we have done everything correctly – just better & faster service from the system!
