Features from: 3 April 2025 – confirmation statement refresh, aggregate amount paid and more

Confirmation Statement review process improvements – we’re given the confirmation statement review process an overhaul.  You’ll see updates on this over the coming weeks, but this week we have updated the review process for private limited companies.  This includes adding more information about the company for completeness, even though that information is not included in the confirmation statement.  This gives you the ability to review all information about the company before submitting the CS01.

We will be updating the same process for LBGs, LLPs and PLCs shortly.  We’ll also be adding the option to generate an entity summary report as part of the confirmation statement review and approval process.

Aggregate amount paid – we’ve made some changes to how we show the aggregate amount paid on a shareholder page:

PSC04/PSC05 pdf preview – the preview of the PSC04 or PSC05 now includes the date of entry in the register.  That information was always being correctly stored in Kudocs and submitted to Companies House.  We’ve just enhanced the draft preview.
