Admin change audit trail – we sometimes have to edit entity information at your request (for example if there has been an error recording a transaction, typo, etc).  We have always retained a full record of these requests for audit and compliance reasons.  We are now able to show certain users (Admin) details of these changes via the entity settings tab.  This allows you to see what change was made and why.

Attach a document and custom copy to process emails – we’ve increased the number of processes where you can attach a document and add custom text to the covering email you send with certain emails.  This is now available for director & secretary appointments (the email to the proposed officer and the resolution email), change entity name & change ARD.

Transaction bibles – more processes added – you can now add EIS and SEIS generation processes and share redesignations to transaction bibles.

Portfolio reports – option to include or exclude authentication codes as part of the portfolio entity report.
