Features from: 2 May – Add historic PSC reasons, group structure charts and more

Add historic PSC reasons and dates – when you onboard an entity to Kudocs, Companies House does not provide details of any historic PSC/RLE reasons (e.g. X is a current PSC because they have significant influence and control, but 2 years ago they were a PSC because they owned 25-50% of shares – the historic reason is not stored by Companies House).  You can now add those historic reasons to the PSC/RLE in Kudocs.

Group structure charts – now include registration number and country.

Improved PSC08 warning copy – when an entity has a PSC08 statement in place, it may need to file a PSC09 before it can add details of a new PSC.  We’ve improved the warning message you see if this might be the case.

Allow user to add/ edit documents to completed processes – further work to allow you to add/ edit documents to a completed process.
