Features from: 19 Sept 2024 – multiple nationalities at incorporation, LBG joint members, covering notes on emails

Attach a document and custom copy to process emails – we’re continuing to increase the number of processes where you can attach a document and add custom text to the covering email you send with certain emails.  This is now available for adopting new articles of association and creating new share classes.

Incorporate with officers with multiple nationalities – oops, we missed this.  You can now incorporate with (eg) officers with multiple nationalities.

LBG – joint members and holding membership on behalf of third parties – you can now add/ edit LBG members when they are joint members or hold LBG membership in behalf of a third party.
