Features from: 17 Oct 2024 – special resolutions for Companies House filing, Loan Note improvements, Option improvements

Generate copy of special resolutions for filing at CH – if you create a special resolution via a perform method in Kudocs, the pdf will show all shareholder signatures on that pdf.  This is perfectly correct, but not what you may want on the document you file at CH.  So you can now generate a copy of the SR with a signature certificate from a company officer that confirms the resolution was properly passed, without showing the signatures.

Loan Note improvements – we’ve moved loan notes to a better location in Kudocs – alongside Options & Warrants, rather than in the Accounts tab.

Option Improvements – we continue to tweak the options tool.  This week, the changes include improve copy about selecting to use scheme totals from schemes recorded in Kudocs or manually entering totals, adding pool totals (or authorised totals) to scheme summaries, and a very smart new graph showing the breakdown of the authorised total (between granted/ ungranted) and the breakdown of the granted total (allocated/ lapsed).
