Features from: 15 Aug 2024 – historic roles for LLP members & officers and add doc to covering emails.

Attach a document along with custom copy to resolution emails – you can now attach a document to the covering email you send with certain emails.  This is as well as being able to add custom text to the email (see last week’s update).

LLP members: previous designated statuses – you can now add details of the previous designated statuses of LLP members.  This can be added to the LLP member’s stakeholder profile (via the {Edit} button).  E.g. if they are currently a non-designated member, but they were a designated member from 2020-2023.

Historic officer positions – you can now add details of previous officer positions.  This can be added to the stakeholder profile (via the {Edit} button).  E.g. if they are currently a director, but they were a director before (2020-2021) and a secretary before that (2000-2005).

LLP member date of birth now added to the LLP member register export (not the LLP member residential address register).

LLP pdf previews where service address is same as registered office address – we’ve updated the pdf previews so that if the LLP member’s service address is same as registered office, we show “same as registered office” in the pdf.  LLAP01, LLCH01, LLPSC01 & LLPSC04.

New group entity report – we’ve added a new type of group entity report that just lists the entity names and numbers.
