Features from: 10 Oct 2024 – option improvements add covering notes to emails

Attach a document and custom copy to process emails – we’re continuing to increase the number of processes where you can attach a document and add custom text to the covering email you send with certain emails.  This is now available for investor consent and share issue and transfer (record – ie the email that is send to the share certificate signatories).

Update to options – we’ve updated how we show the difference between options that are recorded in Kudocs compared to high level option information that you might add about options that are not included in Kudocs.  We’ve also improved how we show events that might affect an individual option grant – i.e. lapse, exercise, option holder leaving (so grant stops).
