Features from: 1 August 2024 – Change PSC reasons, select currency of historic transactions, update to entity name restrictions, register export changes, edit historic share transactions
Improvements to changing PSC reasons before submitting to CH – you can now make changes to PSC reasons and then revert the change before saving/ submitting to CH.
Improvements to how we show a potential share class name mismatch when onboarding – we’ve improved the copy and information we show when onboarding a company and where there is a discrepancy in the date regarding share class names. For more info see: https://www.kudocs.co.uk/faqs/onboarding-share-class-names-and-why-they-might-be-different-or-you-get-a-warning-message/
Select currency of historic transactions – we’ve continued to upgrade aspects of historic transactions that allows you to select the nominal value & currency at that time. E.g. if a share class was redenominated from £ to $ in 2020, and you then want to record a historic subdivision that took place in 2019 (when the currency was £, you can now select the currency as part of the process.
Companies House has updated Annex A, B & C (list of restrictions on entity names) – we’ve updated our validation to match.
Include or exclude “Position @joining Kudocs” in register of members export – when a company is added to Kudocs part-way through it’s existence, we get the shareholding information as at that date. This gives a starting balance or opening position. You can now chose to include or exclude this as a line in the register export.
You can now edit details about a particular shareholder in a particular historic transaction – Use this tool to amend certain information about a shareholder’s role in a historic share transaction. These changes will only update this shareholder’s information in relation to this transaction on Kudocs and in the exported register of members. It will not edit the transaction itself.
