Dormant Accounts – filing
This guide explains how to file dormant accounts using Kudocs.
The action is available via:
- Quick action list in Accounts & Dividends.

Perform route
Select this route and Kudocs will help you complete all the necessary steps for this action.
Step 1
Review the information generated by Kudocs in the draft accounts template. Edit as necessary.

If the accounts need to be signed by a director, Kudocs will send the draft accounts to that director for signature.
Step 3
Once approved by the director, the accounts are filed at CoHse.
Record route
Select this route if the accounts have already been approved by the company & this needs to be recorded (update Kudocs & notify Companies House).
Step 1

Outputs - all handled automatically by Kudocs
- Accounts approval email sent to director for electronic signature (if selected).
