Feature update – March 2023

A short summary of some of the new feature’s we’ve released up until March 2023:

 

Unconsolidated & consolidated share certificates

Generally speaking, Kudocs generates consolidated share certificate, and all previous certificates generated in Kudocs are automatically cancelled.  However, you now have the option to generate an unconsolidated share certificate when you record a recent share issue or transfer.

Update & delete wet signature share certificates

You can now amend and delete wet signature share certificates (and the corresponding entry in the share certificate register).  This allows you to prevent duplication in your records once you have a wet signed copy of the certificate.

 

 

Confirmation statement approval from multiple stakeholders

You can now send confirmation statements out for approval from multiple people before submitting to Companies House.
