Share certificate signatures & complete process now
I have recorded a process in Kudocs and waiting for share certificates to be signed. The the process is still pending, why? A recorded process in Kudocs with share certificates does not complete (registers updated, Companies House filing – if required) until the share certificates are signed. This is not a legal requirement; it is a Kudocs feature – using the share certificates as a way for the company to ‘sign off’ on the process. Waiting for these signatures can, however, delay the process completion.
If you want to complete the process now, without waiting for ‘sign off’ you can click {Complete process now}. The registers will be updated and Companies House filings (if selected) generated immediately. The share certificates can then be signed in due course.
What is the “Complete process now” button for? It is a way for you to complete a process that you have recorded (registers updated, Companies House filing – if required) without waiting for the company to sign the share certificates.
