PSC08 statements – what are they and how do I change them?!

When I took over the cosec duties for our company we had a couple of PSC08 statements listed at Companies House.  No-one seemed to know why or how.  I was able to identify them quickly using Kudocs, work out why they were there and update them as necessary.  The process to update them (I now know called filing a PSC09!) was clear and easy.  We now have an up to date and correct PSC register and I’ve since made other changes in minutes using Kudocs.  It even got specific mention in a recent due diligence of the company – as the best PSC register they had seen for some time!  Not an accolade I was expecting…
