Features from: 28 Nov 2024 – future dated appointments, improvements to bulk LBG member import, Admin change log in portfolio activity, PSC mismatches improved for portfolios

You can now draft future dated director, secretary and PSC/RLE appointments!  You can now use the record recent process to draft a future-dated director and secretary appointment and new PSC/RLE notification.  This allows you to prepare the process in Kudocs and preview the filing with a date in the future.  You can save the process as draft, but fully save it to Kudocs (to update the register) or submit a filing to Companies House until on or after the future date.

We will be extending this feature to other parts of the system in the coming weeks.

We’ve improved the bulk LBG member import tool – so you can now import details of existing LBG members including member notes.

We’ve added Kudocs admin changes to the portfolio activity log – There are certain changes that only the Kudocs administrator can make to an entity or subscription.  When the administrator makes such a change (only ever at your request), there is now a record of that change in the portfolio activity timeline.

We’ve improved how you can resolve PSC/ RLE data mismatches for portfolio customers – We’ve upgraded the data mismatch tool for portfolio customer so you can now accept more changes from Companies House data in order to update Kudocs (e.g. if a PSC is removed at Companies House, but not in Kudocs).
