Features from: 23 Jan 2025 – updates to adding new RLE, improvements to traded PLCs

Add new RLE – we’ve updated the way that you can add new RLEs to an entity – either during the incorporation process or as a later addition.  These changes include the option to add information about “Country/State where registered” and “Place registered” for UK and non-UK entities.  Note that Companies House will only accept all 3 values, or none. So, if you enter information in 1 or 2 fields, it will still be saved in Kudocs, but will not be submitted to Companies House.

Traded PLCs – we’ve made further updates to how we support traded PLCs.  This includes some adjustments to the onboarding process, preparation and submission of confirmation statements (CS01) and how we show summary information about traded status, DTR5 status and PSC register exemptions.
