Features from: 12 Dec 2024 – beneficial ownership registers, future dated share issues, meeting improvements

NEW beneficial ownership register.  We’ve updated and enhanced our existing beneficial ownership features to make them easier to use and so that they can contain more information (such as address, notes, ownership interest). We’ve also added an xlsx. export of any beneficial ownership interests.  This is a new feature, so please let us know if you have any comments!  This is intended to work as a UBO register in all jurisdictions.  Let us know what you think!

 

 

You can now draft future- dated share issues.   You can now use the record recent process to draft a future-dated share issue.  This allows you to prepare the process in Kudocs and preview the filing with a date in the future.  You can save the process as draft, but fully save it to Kudocs (to update the register) or

submit a filing to Companies House until on or after the future date.

We will be extending this feature to other parts of the system in the coming weeks.

 

File PSC/RLE notifications separately to adding them to the registers.  You can now add a PSC/RLE to the registers in Kudocs and select to not file this notification at Companies House.  You can then revisit the process and file the relevant form separately.
