Features from: 10 April 2025 – electronic signatures on incorporation certificates, preview AA01, add covering notes to meeting invites

Get incorporation certificates signed electronically – you can now select to get incorporation certificates (shareholder and member) signed electronically as part of the incorporation process.  As well getting them signed electronically, Kudocs can email the certificates to subscribers as part of the service – saving you yet more time!  This is as an alternative to wet signature certificates.

You can now preview the AA01 as part of the perform change ARD process.

Add covering note to meeting invite emails.  We continue to expand the ability to add custom wording to emails. This week, we’ve enabled it for meeting invitation emails.
